Company Policy and Information Ordering Information: After your order is shipped, arrival time will vary. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail, whichever you choose.  Our shopping cart is set up for priority mail orders only, so if you prefer to pay for first class mail, please email us your order.  Priority mail takes 2-3 business days.  First class mail can take up to 5-7 business days.  Shipments to APO, FPO addresses will take much longer because of customs.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our PayPal shopping cart and you can also mail us a personal check or money order.  When sending a personal check please allow up to 10 days for your package to ship from the day we receive your check.  Shipping Information: Orders sent via USPS are not insured.  For an additional charge you can add insurance on to your order.  Packages sent via Priority mail will receive a tracking number and it will be emailed to you.    The insurance does not cover the melting of tarts.  I recommend Priority mail for tarts especially during the summertime and in climates where it’s warm year around. If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock, we will not back order it for you, and your account will be credited through PayPal.  You will have to order it again when it comes back in stock. You will be notified via email if a product is out of stock. Return policy: Unconditional money back guarantee - If for any reason you are not satisfied with our tarts, you may return the unused tarts to us and we will refund your money to you, including shipping.  We are not responsible for damage due to misuse of our products.
